This is an award-winning history curriculum written by Susan Wise Bauer, co-author of The Well-Trained Mind. This 4 volume series covers history in the classical style. Apologia Science

This is the top science program for many homeschooling families, including mine. Their "Exploring Creation" series covers elementary sciences such as Zoology and Astronomy. Biology, and Physics are examples of junior and high school sciences. Online classes are available.
