Do you need an example high school student resume? First, take a look at my daughter's resume, then you may find it easier to design your own.
If your student plans to apply to one or more colleges this fall, she'll need to have a resume on hand. Even if those colleges don't require a hard copy, they do ask for the information in their applications. She can refer to her portfolio (if she has one), or make a list of her accomplishments right now.

TIP: After you've studied the example high school student resume above and composed one for yourself, you may want to consult with one of your college admissions counselors.
Sometimes they'll offer to review your resume before you submit it. My daughter's admissions counselor reviewed her resume and personal essay (which they required). Afterward, she was prepared to fill out the online college applications. She was also confident that her final resume was done properly and would make a good first impression.
